It is no secret that Bangkok, Thailand is quickly turning into the experimental food capital of the world. The diverse taste buds of the region and a huge population of expats from around the world makes this bustling metropolis the perfect place for gastronomical symphonies.

After stints at noma (Copenhagen, Denmark) and Gaggan (Bangkok, Thailand), Garima Arora decided to take the plunge and design her own little gastronomical offering.

All her ingredients are locally sourced and everything is made in-house. The result is 14 courses of food porn.

The staff were incredibly knowledgable and service was top notch. The master chef herself does the rounds to greet each table personally, thus adding to the experience.

If in Bangkok, do not miss this!
